There is a minor production of the
following:
- almonds, there are approximately
100 trees of which 70 have been newly
planted.
- pistachio, there are 90 trees of Sicilian
origin, which are well acclimatized.
- cherry trees, there are 100 trees almost
all of which, are of the "Ferrovia" variety.
They are characterized by an intense
flavour and durability, making them the
preferred variety to traders.
Jams and tomato passato, whose ingredients come from the orchard, are also produced on site.
